Active Chlorine Grade ACM Rubber
DESCRIPTION
Alkyl acrylate copolymer (ACM), commonly referred to as acrylic rubber, displays exceptional resistance to hot oil and oxidation. ACM exhibits a consistent working temperature of 150°C (302°F) and an intermittent threshold of 180°C (356°F). Furthermore, ACM is impervious to ozone and has minimal gas permeability. In comparison to ethylene acrylic rubber (AEM), ACM demonstrates superior resistance to swelling when exposed to mineral oils.
ADVANTAGES
ACM possesses a variety of traits that render it appropriate for use in various demanding applications. Its primary attribute is its exceptional ability to withstand hot hydraulic oil and oxidation, which makes it an excellent fit for hydraulic machinery and equipment. Additionally, ACM demonstrates inherent resilience to both ozone and weathering, making it significantly more advantageous than nitrile rubber (NBR).
