Active Chlorine Grade ACM Rubber
Active Chlorine Grade 1020 14.2Mpa ACM Elastomer Rubber with Good Demolding Performance
DESCRIPTION
Alkyl acrylate copolymer (ACM), commonly referred to as acrylic rubber, displays exceptional resistance to hot oil and oxidation. ACM exhibits a consistent working temperature of 150°C (302°F) and an intermittent threshold of 180°C (356°F). Furthermore, ACM is impervious to ozone and has minimal gas permeability. In comparison to ethylene acrylic rubber (AEM), ACM demonstrates superior resistance to swelling when exposed to mineral oils.
FEATURES
Acrylate rubber, commonly referred to as ACM, is composed of a polymerized ester and curing monomer. Ethyl acrylate rubber has a commendable resistance to heat and mineral oil, whereas butyl acrylate rubber offers superior cold flexibility. Meanwhile, polyacrylate showcases impressive resistance to mineral oil, oxygen, and ozone, even when exposed to high temperatures.
1. Outstanding resistance to hot hydraulic oil and oxidation.
2. Naturally resistant to ozone and weathering.
3. Suitable for use in hydraulic machinery and equipment.
4. Offers good resistance to mineral oil, oxygen, and high temperatures.

APPLICATION
ACM rubber finds its main application in areas where there is a requirement for exceptional resistance to industrial oils and operations at elevated temperatures (including those that involve hot air). The automotive industry frequently employs ACM rubber for seals, while the production of O-rings, hoses, adhesives, diverse types of binders, and covering materials also extensively utilize it. Moreover, ACM serves as a reliable foundation for sealing compounds.
