DESCRIPTION
After the addition of the vulcanizing agent "Double 2, 4," this product can undergo basic processing, and under appropriate technical conditions, does not require a second vulcanization step. The final product exhibits excellent properties such as high and low-temperature resistance, corona and arc resistance, and electrical insulation. It can serve as suitable material for various applications, including electrical wire and cable, jacket rubber tubes, electrical insulator parts, heat-resistant seals, irregularly shaped and foam strips.

First vulcanization Condition for test piece: 175℃×5min, Second vulcanization condition for test piece:
200℃×2h.
Vulcanizator: 80% DMDBH,quantity added 0.65%.
