Triallyl Isocyanurate (TAIC) is a high-efficiency crosslinking and vulcanizing agent, flame retardant, and modifier. It is widely used in the modification of various resins and rubbers, especially in the cross-linking of polyolefins and flame retardant modification of PVC. It has three reactive allyl groups, which can form a highly cross-linked structure during polymerization. This makes the polymer heat-resistant, weather-resistant, flame-retardant, and improves its mechanical properties.

Insoluble in water, slightly dissolved in alkane, and completely dissolved in aromatic hydrocarbon, alcohol, acetone, hydrocarbon halides, eyclopentene hydrocarbon.

Triallyl Isocyanurate serves as a high-quality crosslinking coagent that heightens crosslinking efficiency through its three functional allyl groups.
